Master Silent Generators

Master Silent Generators from 11-700kVA are ideal for use within UPS installations to provide a source of standby power. Master Silent are self-container generators, housed within an Elcos container

Master Silent Generator features:

Soundproof canopy made of polyester, thickness 60 mm, anti-decayed, fireproof class 1
Aspiration and expulsion air against atmospheric agents
Bunded base with exit conduct
Increased tank with jerky cap 120 mm
Forklift pockets and lateral additional supports
Base frame for approved trailers and forklifts, width (from 10 to 100 KVA)
Handles with keys
Engine heater (from 50 KVA upwards). When the generating set is turned off, this maintains the engine fire point temperature through the cooling circuit. Powered by main a 220Vac supply
Wiring with connectors “automobile type”
Fuel level gauge
Emergency stop button
Circuit breaker, 4-pole
Exit cable points, anti-mouse
Anti vibration mountings, reduce the vibration produced by the generating set
Central lifting hook with door
Oil suction pump to allow an easy oil change, because of the rotary pump connected to the oil pan
Internal residential muffler
Inspection doors
Manual/automatic without transfer panel on board IP55
Engine liquids (oil and anti-freeze)

Master Silent options include:

Differential Circuit Breaker: on the alternator to protect it from overload and short-circuits – from the alternator to the automatic mains failure panel (where present), or from the alternator to the load.
Exhaust kit: to pipe fumes from the generator set to the outdoor, 2m max
Double Soundproof: to improve the soundproofing and insulation over a standard set, including bituminous material and filters
IP43 Filters: to provide an improved insulation against atmospheric pollution and improve soundproofing. Ideal for indoor installations.
Opening Doors: useful for maximum access when space is limited. The doors are removable.
Trailer: for short-distance movement, with tubeless pneumatic wheels
